FIM 6DAYS OFFICIAL STORE is the authorized website for the sale of official products of the INTERNATIONAL SIX DAYS ENDURO (ISDE) of FIM (Fédération Internationale de Motocyclisme).
All products for sale are original and purchased directly from Stegip 4 Communication s.r.l., the official retailer of all items on the website. The products offered are carefully selected to meet rigorous quality standards.
Stegip 4 Communication s.r.l., on this website, only offers items already available in stock. It is not possible to order unavailable items.
Receipt of an order by Stegip 4 Communication s.r.l. does not constitute the conclusion of the sales contract.
Your order will be considered as a contractual purchase proposal addressed to FIM 6DAYS OFFICIAL STORE, for each product included. Once the order is received, we will send you an automatic confirmation email ("Order Receipt"), which does not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract will only be concluded with the sending of the "Shipping Confirmation".
By submitting the order, the customer unconditionally accepts all the general conditions present on the website and in the linked pages.
1 - PAYMENT INFORMATION
1.1 Payment methods
Payment is required at the time of purchase and can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
Credit Cards / PayPal:
Secure transactions with no additional fees. Card data is never processed by Stegip 4 Communication s.r.l., but only by the payment platform in encrypted and secure mode (SSL 256bit). Visa, Mastercard, Maestro are accepted.

The bank transfer must be made within 2 working days. Payment details:

2 - PRICES
2.1 Product Prices
The prices indicated on fim6daysofficialstore.com are retail prices including VAT, according to current Italian regulations.
2.2 Import Taxes
For shipments outside the EU, any customs duties (DDU) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the indicated price.
3 - SHIPPING
The shipping costs for the Products, which may vary depending on the shipping method chosen by the user, and any other additional costs are borne by the user, unless otherwise indicated in the Product Sheet or in other sections where it is communicated. Their amount will be expressly and separately indicated (in Euros and inclusive of VAT) in the Product Sheet and in the order summary and, in any case, before the user proceeds with the transmission of the order, as well as in the order confirmation email.
3.2 Shipping hours and times
Shipments Monday to Friday (2:30 PM - 5:30 PM). Orders received on weekends are processed from Monday.
3.3 Availability
Available items are shipped on the first working day following order confirmation.
3.4 Out of stock products
If an ordered product is no longer available, the customer will be contacted by email to choose between a refund or a replacement.
3.5 Tracking
Tracking number is provided via email.
3.6 Insurance
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage until delivery.
3.7 Delivery
If the package appears tampered with, sign with reservation or refuse it. Report any issues to: info@fim6daysofficialstore.com within 5 days.
3.8 Storage
In case of storage, a €10 handling fee + redelivery costs will be charged. Maximum storage time: 10 days.
3.9 Documentation
All shipments include a fiscal receipt. It is not possible to declare lower values or mark the goods as a gift.
4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 Return procedure
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery. Send an email to info@fim6daysofficialstore.com and follow these steps:
- Products must be intact, unworn, with tags and seals attached.
- Prepare the package with your details and the order code.

The refund will only be made if the product meets the return conditions. Otherwise, it will be returned to the sender.
5 - WEBSITE POLICY
5.1 Images and content
The images on the website are the property of Stegip 4 Communication srl. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

Availability is subject to reconfirmation after ordering. Stegip reserves the right to refuse orders.
5.3 Legal terms
